This Site is intended to provide general information about Xdot Prep (“XDOT Prep,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our programs, admissions process, and related educational services. It is not a binding contract or offer of admission.

Submitting an inquiry, application, or any form on this Site does not guarantee admission to XDOT Prep. Admission is subject to availability, eligibility review, and XDOT Prep’s sole discretion.

XDOT Prep does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, athletic performance, college admissions, scholarship attainment, or any other results based on enrollment. Educational outcomes depend on individual student effort, family engagement, and other factors beyond our control.

Any tuition figures, fee schedules, or financial aid information displayed on this Site are subject to change without notice. Published figures are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding financial commitment. Final tuition and fee agreements are established through signed enrollment agreements.

Some features of this Site and our affiliated applications use artificial intelligence to support educational and administrative functions. We use AI today to help draft admissions and enrollment communications (each reviewed by a person before sending) and to help draft marketing and internal content. We plan to expand AI use into student-facing academic features as our platform grows.

By using AI-assisted features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided to assist, not replace, professional judgment. AI outputs (including draft communications, recommended practice, or advisor responses) may contain errors or omissions and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, financial, or academic advice.
• Consequential decisions about admissions, tuition, financial aid, grading, and discipline are made by XDOT Prep staff. AI may support these decisions but does not make them.
• We may add, modify, or discontinue AI features at any time. We will update our Privacy Policy when a new AI feature that involves student or family data becomes available.
• Where AI processes student or family information, we handle that data as described in our Privacy Policy. Features involving students under 13 require verifiable guardian consent.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software — is the property of Xdot Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission from XDOT Prep.

By using this Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information in any form
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
