THE ARC
How we compete
Two levels. One standard.
Coaches who compete.
Next Level DNA leading the charge.
Bryant Taylor
Head Coach · Basketball
ASC Tournament Champion. Twelve years of elite prep coaching built around one standard: the game is won in the mind before it's won on the court. Develops players with the basketball IQ and competitive floor that college programs recruit and keep.
Jimmy Roche
Head Coach · Baseball
Gold Glove standout at Texas A&M-Kingsville. Builds hitters and fielders through professional-level defensive frameworks and the high-velocity decision-making required for NCAA competition.
Rochelle White
Head Coach · Volleyball
Four-time consecutive state champion. Trained under Utah's most successful coach and an advisor to three Olympic gold medal teams. Runs the same Motor Learning systems used by the U.S. National Team.
JR Ford
Athlete Ambassador · Basketball
20-year Air Force veteran and former coach at McMurry University. Focused on connecting serious athletes with collegiate decision-makers. Athletes in his orbit gain access to a network most recruits spend years building on their own.
The standard
Effort is the price
of admission.
What we stand for
The values that run this program.
Resilient pursuit of excellence.
Hard work
We don’t apologize for the standard. We don’t lower it. The work is the point and the work is the proof.
Honor the process. Respect the game.
Impeccable character
How you train, how you compete, how you carry yourself when nobody is watching. The game is bigger than any one of us.
Lead. Lift. Be a teammate worth following.
Moral ambition
Talent is not enough. We want athletes who make everyone in the room better, not just themselves.
Time for a better way
Two paths. One stage.
The traditional path
Where most athletes are stuck.
- Everyone is there for a good time, while you are there to compete.
- Comfort is prioritized over progress.
- Mediocrity is rewarded.
- Your drive is viewed as a threat rather than being celebrated.
- Everyone wants to be happy. Nobody wants to be great.
Our pathway
Where the inevitable athletes land.
- Year-round development. Open gym is the default.
- Coaches who coach to win.
- Playing time decided by the work and the game.
- Teammates who got here the same way you did.
- Compete. Score. Make a play. Own the moment.
- Exposure built into the program.
