Why The Forge
Most schools simulate. We build.
Core academics are done by lunch. The afternoons are theirs, and every Friday is dedicated to the Forge and the arts. That is where preparation becomes proof: students take on real clients, real briefs, and real deadlines, the kind that don't move because a student wasn't ready. They ship work that lives in the world, not in a folder.
By lunch
Core academics done, Monday through Thursday.
Fridays
Dedicated to the Forge and the arts.
Real
Clients, deadlines, and a portfolio to show for it.
Inside The Forge
Build. Then launch.
K Through 12
The standard scales.
K–5
Lower School
Make and show.
Students build small and present in public. They learn early that finished means shown to someone real.
6–8
Middle School
Own it.
Real projects with measurable results. Growing ownership, less hand-holding, the first real client briefs.
9–12
Upper School
Ship it.
Client work, the Startup Incubator, and a public capstone defense. The standard, defended out loud.
The Invitation
Build something before you graduate.
The Forge is not an elective. It is what every X• Prep student earns by mastering the morning: open afternoons and dedicated Fridays to build something real. The seat is open, but it is not for everyone.
